Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-10-23
This policy explains what information CreatorKit (creator.rayore.co.nz) handles. CreatorKit is part of RayOre, based in New Zealand. Questions can be sent to creatorkit-support@rayore.co.nz.
Images and text you use in the tools
All image tools (resizer, compressor, profile cropper and watermark tool) open and process files inside your web browser using standard browser features. Your files are not uploaded to CreatorKit or to anyone else. The same applies to the text, links and settings you enter in the QR code generator, caption formatter and sharing preview. This content is not stored by CreatorKit: it is held in your browser’s memory while the page is open and discarded when you leave or reload.
One exception: in the sharing preview, if you enter an image web address and press “Show image”, your browser requests that image directly from the website you named. That website will receive your IP address and normal browser information, as it would if you visited the address yourself. CreatorKit does not see or store that request. You can avoid this by previewing a file from your device instead.
Information collected when you visit
CreatorKit is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy. CreatorKit does not use this information to identify you.
- CreatorKit does not use analytics or tracking scripts.
- CreatorKit does not set cookies and does not use browser storage (such as localStorage) for tracking.
- Fonts and all page code are served from CreatorKit itself, not from third-party font or script services.
- There are no accounts, sign-up forms or newsletters.
Advertising
CreatorKit currently shows no advertising and loads no advertising code. If advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated before it starts, including the information that ad providers collect and how to opt out.
Optional support through PayPal
The “Support CreatorKit” links take you to PayPal’s own website. CreatorKit does not process payments, does not receive your card or bank details, and does not track whether you follow the link. Anything you enter on PayPal is handled by PayPal under its own privacy statement. Contributing is optional and has no effect on what you can use on CreatorKit.
If you contact us
Contacting us is optional. If you email creatorkit-support@rayore.co.nz, you choose what to share: we receive your email address, your name if your email provider includes it, and whatever you write or attach. The message is sent by your own email provider and forwarded to our inbox through Cloudflare’s email routing service. We use it only to reply and to improve CreatorKit, and we delete messages when they are no longer needed. Please do not send private images.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for access to, and correction of, personal information we hold about you. If you are in another country, such as the UK or EU, you may have similar rights. Because CreatorKit keeps no tool data and no accounts, the only personal information we are likely to hold is email correspondence. To make a request, contact creatorkit-support@rayore.co.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Children
CreatorKit is a general-audience tool site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will update this page when the way CreatorKit handles information changes, and change the date above.
